Our standard inner packing is with plastic wrap, plastic bag and styrofoam film wrap (to avoid scratching).
For outer packing, we use reinforced export standard carton.
Delivery available with 20 FT or 40 FT HC of container load.

We can provide any color that you want, from the very standard ones like black, white, red, yellow or green until the very hype color such as fuchsia, teal, magenta, beige or taupe.
For our export standard of quality, we use PP Fiber material to ensure your satisfaction of our quality and durability.
However, we also can provide chairs with customized material as per your request.
Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory, located in Surabaya City, Indonesia, specialized in plastic chair manufacture. However, we also caters to demand for wooden furniture made from solid wood and the combination of plastic, metal and wooden furniture.
Q: Can I visit your factory?

Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we provide free samples but do not pay for delivery cost.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: About 2-4 weeks, depends on the stock and the quantity of your order.
Q: Can you do OEM?
A: For plastic furniture, we can only provide products from our design. But for colors and sticker logo, all can be customized. As for wooden furniture, we can provide any chair as per your request and design.
Q: What is you MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is based on the maximum quantity for 20 FT container. As our products varies in design, dimension and types of packing (stackable and not), the MOQ may varied from one type to another.
Q: Is the price negotiable?
A: Yes, our prices are absolutely negotiable, based on the quantity and terms of payment. We surely may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or placement for bulk orders. Please contact with our sales and get the catalog for your reference!
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: For new customer, we accept payment in Sight LC.
Q: What if there is quality problem after receiving the goods?
A: No need to worry, send us the picture and our QC will do some analysis and give you the solution. If necessary, we will send the broken or missing parts as soon as possible.
